It has been years since I have been in the classroom, but I still have my passion for teaching. Come along with me and I will share the adventures of catering; cooking tips and recipes that I discover; and what I learn from others. You may be like my friend Steve who volunteered to help me cook for a ladies luncheon at our church, "I'll help but I don't want to learn anything"! Or you may be a "foodie". Avocado Encharritas
Serving the production staff of Food Network....
It is always a challenge to add a vegetarian option to a meal and make it go with the rest of the sides. We offered this entree along with our Layered Chicken Enchiladas, Mexican Rice and Avocado Black Bean Salad.
